Using this application will allow you to ship via DPD AT. In This article will only describe special features compared to other interfaces. Information about DPD, in general, can be found here.

The connection works the same way for DPD AT as it does for DPD. You will need your DPD account information, consisting of username, password client. Corresponding access data should have been sent to you when your account with DPD AT have been transmitted to you:
Fill in the following fields:

Designation → Freely choose a designation for the shipping method. This is displayed in xentral among other things in the order for selection in the drop-down menu.

Type → Specify the type/field label. You can choose this, as long as it is not necessary for the store mapping or other Mappings. Ideally, you should keep the default setting

Module → Select "DPD AT" from the drop-down menu

Project → Optionally select a project, provided that for each Project a separate DPD AT- shipping type is created.

Active → By ticking the checkbox you activate the shipping type and make it visible and usable

No postage check → By checking this box, no postage check will be performed on the Order performed

Printer parcel stamp → Select from the drop-down menu the default printer, which prints the parcel labels, from the drop-down menu

Printer Export → Select from the drop-down menu the default printer which prints the export documents

Shipping mail → Select from the drop-down menu the behavior of the dispatch mail. "Default behavior" means that a standard tracking mail will be sent, "no shipping mail" means that no tracking mail will be sent with, and "own text template" means that an own text template will be sent for the shipping confirmation is used for this shipping type is used, regardless of the project and logistics process

User name → Enter your DPD account user name.

Password → Enter your DPD account password

Client → Enter your DPD Account Client

Product 1 → Select from the drop-down menu, what kind of the sent product has. At your disposal are normal or small parcel and return

Predict → By ticking the checkbox you can activate Predict or the arrival prediction which will inform you exactly when the package will be delivered

Higher insurance → By ticking this box, you can activate the value or higher insurance for articles. Note: It can be additional costs for the higher insurance. Inform you in addition at DPD-AT, in what amount these are incurred

Reference on label → In this field, you can enter additional References that appear on the label. You can use the following variables: {DELIVERY NUMBER}, {Order}, {PROJECT}, {YOUR ORDER NUMBER}, {NAME3}

Receipts you want to print must not be in draft mode. This means that the document must have at least the status "released".
Once you have made all the settings as described above, you can test the package mark printing in the shipping center or even in a single delivery bill. To do this, select in the delivery bill in the tab "Delivery bill" the shipping method "DPD AT" from the drop-down menu:
Click the Save button before navigating to the package marker dialog.
Next, click on the Package Mark tab in the delivery bill and print a packaging mark for the included items via Print Package Mark.
After your test print is complete, you can subsequently cancel the parcel stamp in the DPD business customer portal.
