The Amazon MFN (Amazon Fulfillment Network) connection makes it possible to forward orders from xentral to Amazon so that they can be shipped via the Amazon Merchant Fulfillment Network (MFN). Amazon can thus also be used as a shipping service provider for non-Amazon orders. The transfer is based on the delivery bills.
For the use of MFN you need the Transmissions module and the Amazon interface, so that you can send delivery bills to MFN.
Settings
You make the settings in the Transmissions module, where there is a transmission format "AmazonMFN":
In order for the module to know which Amazon seller account is connected for MFN, you must link exactly the Amazon store in which the data of the seller account is stored. If you have only one Amazon store, you can enter this store. If you work with more than one Amazon seller account, you have to select the one you want to use for Amazon fulfillment.
Process starter
The feedback from Amazon is picked up by the Amazon and API Transmissions process starters. These must be active for the workflow to work.
Workflow
Export deliveries
Customs values are automatically transferred with export deliveries. These are taken directly from the delivery bills. If no customs values are stored in the delivery bill, the values from the order are used.
Monitoring
Regularly view the monitor in the Transmissions module. Possible error messages are displayed there. If, for example, the SKU is missing, a data line is not filled correctly, etc., a log entry with an error is generated under Transmissions → Monitor:
