In Xentral, the Statistics module can be used to generate current statistics, display an overview of top articles, and generate statistics for specific filtered articles. This module is particularly relevant if you wish to closely track certain data such as sales figures.
Note
Missing statistics or queries can be added by self-created reports.
Important
The Statistics module in Xentral is only displayed after you have activated the visibility of the menu entry. To do so, click on the user icon on the upper right and then on Account settings. Then, select the menu entry Navbar configuration. Scroll right until you reach the nach rechts, um zum Bereich Reporting area. Activate the Statistics entry and click on Save. Reload the tab in which Xentral is open.
Afterwards, you can find the menu entry Statistics in the main menu on the left after clicking on Reporting.
The current statistics show current data from the area of sales, e.g. number of orders, number of packages delivered as well as orders placed with suppliers. The overview can be filtered by projects and by a certain period. It is also possible to select in the dropdown menu whether the statistics are displayed as daily, weekly or monthly statistics.
After each query per date period, the data is saved at this point for one hour. If the query is started again after one hour, the statistics are recalculated.
Under this tab, the top products are indicated, i.e. the products that have been sold most frequently. Here it is also possible to filter by a project and by a time period and to specify that the items are stock products only. The calculation is based on the released orders. Cancelled orders are not taken into account.
