With the Amazon Prime for sellers programm offered by Amazon you can send products, which you have sold via Amazon Marketplace, with an Amazon Prime shipping label from your warehouse. The label printing is integrated into the shipping process within Xentral in the same way as for other shipping methods. The tracking information is stored in Xentral and forwarded to customers via Amazon.
Depending on which services in Amazon's Marketplace Web Service (MWS) are activated, you can use the following features:

Prerequisites for using Amazon Prime for sellers in Xentral :

Setup of the shipping method Amazon Prime
After you've been authorized by Amazon to use Prime shipping labels you have to authorize the relevant API within Amazon:

Log in to your Amazon Seller Account.

Navigate to Amazon Seller Central and register for the Shipping by seller API.

Accept the terms and conditions.

You have to install the Amazon Prime app in order to be able to use Prime shipping labels. After installation you can create the additional shipping method Amazon Prime in Administration > Shipping methods.
Note
The activation itself happens at Amazon. After activation the sales orders will be imported automatically, a shipping method mapping is not usually required. Nonetheless, please follow the processes described in this documentation.
Administration > Shipping methods
To define the Amazon Prime shipping method:

Click +NEW.

Select the shipping method Amazon Prime from the available shipping methods. The Amazon Prime credentials form is displayed.

If you have already saved your Amazon credentials in the Amazon interface, select the relevant interface from the Daten aus Schnittstelle (Data from interface) dropdown by clicking on the downward pointing arrow on the right. Enter a phone number in the Telefonnummer (Phone no.) field (mandatory)
or
If you have not yet saved your Amazon credentials in the Amazon interface, enter your seller ID, MWS authentification token and a phone number in the relevant fields.

Click Next.
Your Amazon Prime shipping method is created and displayed in the shipping methods overview.

Click on in the Menu column for the Amazon Prime shipping method to open the shipping settings.

Enter the name and type of the shipping method, which are usually identical, in the Designation and Type fields.

Amazon Prime is pre-selected in the Module field. If not, select Amazon Prime from the Module drop-down.

Select the relevant project in the Project field.

Make sure the Active check box is selected. If this check box is not selected, you cannot use the shipping method.

Select the No postage check check box if you want the postage to be checked in the sales order.

In the Printer parcel label and Printer export fields select the printers on which you want to print your shipping labels and export papers, respectively.

Select whether and how you want a shipping email to be sent in the Shipping mail drop-down. For Prime shipping please select the No dispatch mail option.

Fill the fields in the Zugangsdaten (credentials) area with the relevant information, if they have not been taken from the Amazon interface.

If you want to assign the shipping method to another shop, enter the shop in the Zugangsdaten aus Shop (ingoing date from) field.

If you want the sender on the label to be different from the standard address in the company data, enter the relevant address data in the fields in the Absender falls Firmendaten nicht verwendet werden sollen (Sender if not company data) area.

Enter the standard measurements of your parcels in the relevant fields in the Standard Maße (default measurements) area.

Select the Mit Tracking Vorauswahl (Pre-select tracking) check box for the tracking to be applied by default.

Select the Mit Abholung Vorauswahl (Pre-select pick up) check box for the pick up to be applied by default.

Select the Tracking übernehmen (Take over tracking) check box to add the tracking number to the relevant document (delivery note/invoice).

Select the format for your label in the PNG Format drop-down.
-
Select the 1-Tag-Premiumversand (1 day premium shipping) check box if this option should be available for parcels sent with the Amazon Prime shipping label.

Select the Logging check box if you want to log shipments with Amazon Prime label.

Click Save.
You need to map your Amazon Prime shipping method in the Amazon interface.
To map the shipping type in your Amazon interface:

Go to Administration > Shop Interface and click on in the Menu column for your Amazon interface.

In the Details tab open the Shipping methods subtab. Enter a name for the shipping method in your shop in the Shipping method shop field.

Select Amazon Prime from the Shipping method Xentral drop-down.
Note
You do not need to fill the Shipping type outgoing and Outgoing product fields. We specifically recommend not to fill the Shipping type outgoing field as this can lead to problems during shipping label printing.

Enter the relevant 2-digit ISO country codes for the countries you want to ship to in the Country field.

Make sure the Auto-shipping active check box is selected to allow for auto-shipping.

Select the Fast lane check box to prioritize sales orders with this shipment method.

Click Save to save the mapping.
The new mapping is displayed in the table.
We recommend that you create a test print of your Prime shipping label before applying it.
You can create a test print in the dispatch center or use a delivery note to create a test print. If you want to create a test print for a delivery note, carry out the following:

Open the delivery note you want to create a test shipping label for. In the Details tab scroll down to the Delivery note section and select Amazon Prime from the Shipping method drop-down. Click Save.

Open the Parcel label tab, check the details of your shipping label and click Print shipping label to create a test shipping label. The test shipping label is printed.

Don't forget to cancel the shipping label afterwards in your Amazon Prime business customer portal.
If you're happy that everything works as it should you can create Prime shipping labels for your Amazon sales orders.
To use Amazon Prime shipping with the SP-API, the following conditions must be met:

Relation: There must be a direct connection between your Amazon account and your Xentral instance, meaning no third party tool must be interconnected.

Connection: The Amazon Prime account must be connected to Xentral via the interface.
If you manually change products in an order, e.g. because they were imported due to an incorrect matching, you can no longer print the Prime label directly via Xentral. Instead, you will need to print it manually directly from your Amazon business account.
