In this article, you will find information about the connection of the interface of the shipping service provider GO! to xentral in central, in this shipping type, you can create parcel labels and print them automatically. You can also book orders to this shipping method and process them via logistics;

The GO! shipping method offers you the following features:

To connect GO! to xentral, you need your GO! credentials. You can obtain these directly from your business account manager at GO! as a "credentials.txt" document.
To use GO! as a shipping method in xentral, you must first create a new shipping method. To do this, go to Administration > Settings > Shipping methods > Overview > +NEW > GO!
After you have selected "GO!" as module from the drop-down menu, the relevant fields for GO!
Fill in the following fields:

Description: Freely choose a designation for the shipping method. This is displayed in xentral among other things in the order in the drop-down menu for selection

Type: Specify the type/field label. You can choose this, as long as it is not necessary for the store mapping or other Mappings. Ideally, you should keep the default setting

Module: Select "GO!" from the drop-down menu

Project: Optionally select a project, provided that for each Project a separate GO! shipping type is created
-
Active: By ticking the checkbox you activate the shipping type and make it visible and usable

No postage check: By ticking no postage check will be performed in the order

Printer parcel stamp: Select from the drop-down menu the Default printer, which prints the parcel labels

Printer Export: Select from the drop-down menu the default printer which will print the export papers

Dispatch mail: Select from the drop-down menu the behavior of the dispatch mail. "Default behavior" means that a standard tracking mail will be "no shipping mail" means that no tracking mail will be sent with this shipping and "own text template" means that an own text template will be sent for this that an own text template for the shipping confirmation is used for this shipping type is used, regardless of the project and logistics process

Take over tracking: By ticking you take over the tracking, the tracking number is automatically stored in xentral during the creation process and must therefore no longer be scanned

The URL. https://webservice.ax4.com/ws/4020/GOmeinefirma/SendungsDaten must be split into the components API URL Prefix, API URL Postfix, API URL User, Username.

API URL Prefix: Enter the API URL prefix you find at the top of the URL: https://webservice.ax4.com/ws/4020/%% (without %% if necessary). Enter the API URL prefix found at the top of the URL: https://webservice.ax4.com/ws/4020/%% (without %% if applicable). Often you have to use the URL https://webservice.ax4.com/ws/4020/, even if a different URL was sent from GO to the customer (e.g. www.ax4.com). You can check if a URL is correct and works with xentral by calling the whole URL in the browser

API URL Postfix: Enter the API URL Postfix that you find in the top of the URL, enter: /Send data

API URL User: Enter the API URL User found at the top of the URL. the URL: GOmyCompany

Username: Enter your username: mycompany. You can get this in the customer portal or the GO! field office

Password: Enter your password. You will receive this in the Customer Portal or the GO! field office

ax4nr: You can find this information in the documents sent to you by GO! or you can obtain this information from the customer portal or the GO! field office

Format: Enter the parcel stamp format, e.g. "A4"

Output: Enter "RouterlabelZebra" in case of a Zebra printer. otherwise, leave the field empty

Sender Name 1: Enter the name of the sender. This appears on the package label

Sender name 2: If an additional second name of the sender should appear on the parcel label, specify it here.

Sender Department: Indicate which department at the senders is entrusted with the shipment

Sender Street 1: Enter the street of the sender, this appears on the parcel label

Sender Street 2: Enter a second, optional street of the sender if there is one in addition to the one from "Sender Street 1"

Sender house number: Enter the sender's house number. This appears on the package label

Sender ZIP Code: Enter the postal code of the sender. This appears on the parcel stamp

Sender City: Enter the city of the sender. This appears on the package label

Sender Country: Enter the country of the sender. This appears on the package label

Sender standard weight: Enter the standard weight that will be deposited in the parcel stamp

Standard customer reference: Use variables to design the reference on the label. The following variables are available to you: {ORDER NUMBER}, {INVOICE NUMBER}, {DELIVERY NOTE NUMBER}, {INTERNET}

Number of difference days delivery: Specify the desired delivery date. in n days, "1" means a delivery tomorrow

Standard pickup time from: Specify the time from when the Package can be picked up

Standard pickup time until: Specify the time until when the Package can be picked up

Standard delivery time from: Specify the time from when the package can be delivered
-
Standard delivery time until: Specify the time until when the package can be delivered

Service type: Select from the drop-down menu an additional Service such as Overnight or Worldwide from

Pseudonym item names: Optionally enter pseudonyms for the article designations. Content from this field will then be used as Article Designations instead of being transmitted from the designations from the articles
After you have made all the settings, click on Save.
Once you have made all the settings as described above, you can test the parcel mark printing in the shipping center or even in a single delivery note. To do this, select in the delivery bill in the tab Details in the section Delivery note the shipping method "GO!" from the drop-down menu. Click the Save button before navigating to the package marker dialog.
Next, click on the Parcel label tab in the delivery note and print a parcel label for the included items via Print parcel label.
After your test print is complete, you can subsequently cancel the parcel stamp in the GO! business customer portal.
