Under Administration > System > Email Accounts you can connect as many email accounts as you like so that every xentral user can receive and read his emails in xentral and send them out of xentral. To enable sending of emails, the SMTP settings are entered, for receiving the IMAP settings are sufficient at first.

If you activate the ticket system for an account, all imported emails will also end up there.
In the ticket system, you can not only create replies but also import attachments and assign prioritizations. Furthermore, you can assign the ticket in certain queues to assigned employees.

In the global company data, you also set a central e-mail address with an SMTP account, from which the dispatch of the sent receipts and documents takes place.
