The import of orders from your online shop to xentral is done automatically via the process starter Shopimporter or manually. This process can be set via the option "Import mode" in the shop interface.
A manual import is done with an "intermediate table," i.e., before the import into the order overview, the orders are first displayed in a table. You can check the data or the import settings of the interface for correctness during the setup.
Unless explicitly set otherwise, xentral imports orders with the status "Open." In most shop systems, this status is also called "open."
Once the order is processed in xentral, the order status is updated to "completed" and sent to the shop via xentral process starter. The responsible process starter is called store feedback.
